Courier delivery times are generally 1 to 5 working days.

In the event that the package arrives in evidently damaged conditions, we ask you not to accept the delivery or to accept it with reservations in order to open a complaint.

Insurance coverage is optional and is the responsibility of the recipient. If you wish to use it, you must communicate it before placing the order.

RETURNS

The user who has purchased products has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with Atlas Prints, specifying the reason, within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods as provided for by Legislative Decree 206/2005 Consumer Code. Atlas Prints will refund the value of the product using the same method with which the payment was made.

The customer is responsible for both the shipping costs for sending and returning the goods.

The following rules apply to the right of withdrawal:
the customer must be a private individual; the product, even if the package is open, must be "as new", therefore intact, with complete packaging and in perfect condition, complete with all accessories. All returned items will be inspected.

In the case of products that do not meet these characteristics, Atlas Prints reserves the right to refuse the return or to apply a reduction in the price. The withdrawal may be exercised within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods by email to info@atlasprints.it

Atlas Prints staff will then send a communication indicating the method of returning the product, which must in any case be sent within 14 days of receiving the goods. If the right of withdrawal is exercised following the methods and terms indicated, the seller will refund the sums already received for the purchase of the products but not the shipping costs. The return shipment is carried out directly by the customer at his own expense by sending the package within 14 days of receiving the goods in the manner and to the address indicated by Atlas Prints.

The amounts to be refunded will be processed as quickly as possible and in any case, within thirty days from the date on which the seller became aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal and once the correct execution of the terms and conditions indicated above has been verified. If the methods and terms for exercising the right of withdrawal are not respected, the user will not be entitled to a refund of the amounts already paid to the seller.
